At METSA NOMA, our commitment is to facilitate a safe and transformative experience for all participants. To ensure a harmonious process and to avoid the need for unilateral rejections in ceremonies, retreats, or Master Plant Dieta, we have established the following guidelines:
Article 1 - Preparation and Information
1.1 To guarantee that participants are adequately prepared for their journey, comprehensive information on proper preparation is provided on our website/ Metsa Noma Tribe App and delivered via email, including any relevant attachments.
Article 2 - Admission Requirements
2.1 If a prospective participant is found not to meet our admission requirements within 21 days before the scheduled ceremony, retreat, or master plant dieta, METSA NOMA reserves the right to decline their participation.
Article 3 - Responsible Participation
3.1 As interest in the healing potential of sacred plants grows, we embrace this positive development while acknowledging the importance of responsible participation and safety for all involved.
3.2 Participants must provide essential information regarding their medical and psychological background and motivation for joining a ceremony. Depending on individual circumstances, written permission or advice from a treating physician may be required.
3.3 Participants dependent on substances such as drugs, alcohol, or medication are expected to refrain from these substances for a specific period before the event, as determined by the nature of their addiction or medication.
Article 4 - Right to Refuse Participation
4.1 METSA NOMA reserves the right to refuse participation for the following reasons:
a. The participant has not adhered to the prescribed abstinence period from alcohol (7 days), drugs + specific medications, or other harmful substances (at least 21 days) before the scheduled event.
b. The participant does not demonstrate a genuine and appropriate motivation for their participation.
c. The participant has not adequately prepared themselves, jeopardizing their safety and the safety of others.
d. In cases of general doubt, either from the prospective participant or METSA NOMA.
Article 5 - Cost Considerations
5.1 Costs may be incurred if a participant is refused, as we reserve and allocate spaces for our events. Refer to our Cancellation Policy for details.
Article 6 - Calling and Preparation
6.1 We encourage individuals to sign up only if they genuinely feel the calling to work with sacred plants and are committed to optimal self-preparation for the experience.
Article 7 - Age Requirement
7.1 Participants must be at least 21 years old to join our ceremonies, retreats, or master plant dieta.
Article 8 - Agreement to Terms
8.1 By participating in any METSA NOMA event, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We prioritize your safety, well-being, and the quality of your journey, and we look forward to guiding you on your path of self-discovery and healing.
At METSA NOMA, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide flexibility while ensuring the smooth operation of our events. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below:
Article 1 - Cooling Off Period
1.1 Upon purchasing a ticket or making a deposit, you have a 14-day cooling off period, eligible for a refund with the deduction of the service fee imposed by the website platform and payment method.
1.2 The 14-day cooling off period applies only when the ceremony date or start date of the retreat/dieta is more than 5 weeks away from the purchase date.
Article 2 - Deposit Policy
2.1 After the 14-day cooling off period, your deposit becomes non-refundable, considered an administration fee due to location costs, planning, and facilitator availability.
Article 3 - Rescheduling Options
3.1 For ceremonies, up to 21 days before the ceremony date, you may reschedule to another date within 2 months. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe results in the forfeiture of your deposit marked as an administration fee.
3.2 For retreats and dietas, deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations more than six weeks prior to the program result in a full refund or a transfer to another retreat.
3.3 Cancellations less than six weeks prior to the retreat are non-refundable unless the vacant spot can be filled, allowing for deposit transfer.
Article 4 - Charges for Late Rescheduling or Cancellation
4.1 Rescheduling or cancellation between 21 days and up to 7 days before the ceremony date incurs a charge equivalent to 50% of the full amount.
4.2 Rescheduling or cancellation within 7 days of the ceremony date will be charged at 100% of the full amount due to additional work for replacement.
Article 5 - Non-Compliance with Abstinence Period
5.1 If a participant has not adhered to the abstinence period, rendering them unable to participate, 100% of the full amount must be paid.
Article 6 - No-Show Policy
6.1 In the event of a no-show on the agreed ceremony date, 100% of the full amount will be billed.

7.1 All cancellation and reschedule requests should be submitted via email to email@example.com.
